What coffees can I subscribe to?
Workhorse Blend, Aricha, Popayan Decaf, Everyday Pods, Espresso Coffee Bundle (3 x 250grams) and Filter Coffee Bundle (3 x 250grams).
How do I subscribe?
Select your coffee, quantity, size & grind/whole bean. In purchasing options choose Subscribe and save.
Can I subscribe to more than one coffee?
You sure can. Just repeat the process above with any of the coffees on our Subscriptions page. Free shipping in Australia orders over $50.
Can I subscribe outside of Australia?
Yes you can.
When will my first order be placed?
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
How do I update my order date?
- Head to www.offshootcoffee.com.au/account/login
- Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Under Active subscriptions, select Edit future orders under the product that you would like to adjust the order date for.
- Select the order text and choose a desired order date.
- Select Update all future orders based on selected date or Pause future orders.
- Select Save Changes.
How do I swap my order?
- Head to www.offshootcoffee.com.au/account/login
- Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Select Show details under the subscription that contains a product you want to swap with another product.
- Select Products in my subscription.
- Select Swap product next to the product you want to swap with.
- Click Select product next to a product you would like to swap the original product with.
- Select OK.
How do I update the quantity of my order?
- Head to www.offshootcoffee.com.au/account/login
- Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Select Show details under the subscription you would like to increase or decrease the quantity for a product.
- Select Edit next to "Products in my subscription".
- Adjust the quantity to the desired amount for each product that is in the existing subscription.
- Select Save.
How do I update my payment details/billing address?
- Head to www.offshootcoffee.com.au/account/login
- Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Select Show details under the subscription you would like to update the payment method or billing address for.
- Select Payment information.
- Select Change Payment Information.
- Check the email that is registered to the subscription account.
- Open the email titled "Edit your payment details" and select Edit payment details button within the email.
- Select Change.
- Enter the new payment credentials.
- Under Billing address, update the billing address that matches your new credentials.
- Select Update card.
How do I update shipping details?
- Head to www.offshootcoffee.com.au/account/login
- Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Select Show details under the subscription you would like to update the shipping address for.
- Select Edit next to "Address and shipping information".
- Select an existing address or enter a new address.
How do I update personal details?
- Head to www.offshootcoffee.com.au/account/login
- Log in to an account that has an active subscription.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Near the top of the page under My account info, make the necessary adjustments.
- Select Save Changes.
How do I pause or resume my subscription?
- Head to www.offshootcoffee.com.au/account/login
- Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Select Show details under the subscription that you would like to pause.
- Select Manage upcoming orders.
- Select Pause Future Orders
How do I skip/resume my next order?
- Head to www.offshootcoffee.com.au/account/login
- Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Select Show details under the subscription that you would like to skip a future order for.
- Select Manage upcoming orders.
- Select Skip shipment beside the upcoming order that you would like to skip.
How do I change my subscription frequency?
- Head to www.offshootcoffee.com.au/account/login
- Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Under Order frequency, select Change frequency.
- Select the dropdown and change the frequency to the desired frequency option.
- Select Save.
Can I create an additional order?
You sure can.
Can I track the shipping of my order?
Yes, tracking information on your order will be emailed to you.
Can I redeem a gift voucher for subscriptions?
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in-store.
My order has not arrived?
Contact us via email roast@offshootcoffee.com.au and we will sort it out.
How do I cancel/reactivate my subscription?
- Head to www.offshootcoffee.com.au/account/login
- Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
- Select My Subscriptions.
- Select Show details under the subscription that needs to be cancelled.
- Select Cancel Subscription three times.
- Choose a cancellation reason.
- Select Confirm.
