Sourced from the backyard gardens of smallholder farmers, this coffee embodies the diversity and richness of Yirgacheffe’s terroir.
After harvest, cherries are carefully de-pulped and undergo a meticulous wet fermentation for 12-24 hours before being rinsed in channels
and dried on raised African beds for up to 15 days.
This detailed process preserves the coffee’s delicate floral and citrus characteristics, resulting in a clean, refined cup with remarkable complexity.
