Each cherry is meticulously selected, washed, and sun-dried at the Kiamugumo factory, a process that highlights the coffee’s natural acidity and sweetness.
The farmers here cultivate a mix of Batian, SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties, all carefully nurtured to bring out the best characteristics of the land.
